On the occasion of the first inauguration ceremony of his new magistracy, the Head of State, H.E. Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema, presided over a decoration ceremony on May 5, 2025, honoring individuals who contributed to the settlement of domestic debt during the Transition.
The recipients included the Ministers of Budget, Economy, and Environment, as well as international partners, including Mr. Tony Elumelu, CEO of UBA Group and founder of the Tony Elumelu Foundation.
